Sockdreams.com have the coolest, funkiest looking socks. They even sell sock glue for the loose socks that are popular with Japanese people for the loose socks they sell.

Etsy.com is a good place to look for homemade stuff and I'm sure they'd have a peace sign. You can browse by price range too.

Five Below has socks with pretty much anything you can imagine on them, and theyre inexpensive too. I got my little sister Hanna Montana socks there.

Pretty Polly.com they are a special shop just for hosiery! but am not sure if they do it in the US. Also not to sure about the necklace but try your local jewelry shop. Or Claire's Accessories!
