find people on twitter?
isn't there supposed to be a little search bar on twitter.com to like type in a name or something? because i can't find it. like the only think close to that says "find people" and when i click on it all it does is asks me if i want to find people from my email contacts who have a twitter account, or invite people to join.
im reallly confused. here's my twitter if it helps any

The best way to find people by entering their name directly is not to use the website, but to use a client you download to your computer.
I recommend Twhirl as a beginner. After you launch Twhirl, click lookup button on the bottom (hover your mouse over the icons). Then enter the persons name to see if they are there.
