Does anyone know anything about the Mazda 3 diesel?
I've heard rumors that Mazda is planning to release the diesel version of the 3 into the United States along with the second generation which will be hitting the dealers in March. Does anyone know if there is any truth to that?

I really hope so. I'd buy one. I know that a diesel Mazda 3 is available in Europe. Here's a link to the Mazda 3. It's a pdf download brochure & it takes a minute. But it clearly shows that they do have a diesel available at this time. As far as a 2010 having a diesel, that would be news to me. It would be nice. I'd buy one b/c I drive a semi & I know how to deal with them.
