Listen man, all I can tell you is if you are a man than stand up and be counted!!!! If you are in high school than a little bit of learning is in order. I have found in my life that it is better to regret doing somthing than NOT! You will look back on your life and think and regret " I should have done this!" but then again you could look back and think" I am glad I did that but wish things ended up differently!" Yea just ask her what's her deal you think she's been acting weird. Hopefully you don't work in the postal service so you won't get shot if you make her mad. But it sounds like she's interested in you, but she maybe an attention goddess to. Either way just ask her why she's been acting strange and if there's anything you can do to help her out because jobs are hard to find now days and you don't want production down on your end or her end.

Hey, a little piece of advise, those reactions mean that she likes you. At least from my experience. It means that she is interested in you, if she wasn't she wouldn't care how you acted or what you said/ talked about. Then to find out and get the mixed signals figured out just bluntly ask her how she feels. I mean it's she likes you or she doesn't. Its not complicated. If she doesn't you move on and are glad you didn't make a fool of yourself. If she does like you then you just need to sit down and talk about how to make things work in both favors.

Just tell her what you just typed. Tell her that you can't just keep hooking up with her if she's going to keep hanging around other guys and partying a lot. Tell her that you don't want to change her either, but that it's hard for you to go through that emotionally. She should understand. Tell her you just want to be friends, and by talking only about work you've been trying to be strictly friends, with no flirting or anything, so that you don't wind up hooking up with her because you don't want to let your feelings for her increase.
