i used to work out in high school and i weighed about 225 i had a decent amount of muscle and fat but then i started workin at a fast food resturant and i stopped workin out and i drink alot of pop and a eat out alot but now i weigh 216 and i feel fatter look fatter .. i dont know how that worked out but i proli lost my muscle... like what can i do to lose the fat and how many times a week is recommended to workout and how long?

sometimes at the gym i see some guys running with there hoods up and hats on why is this done??

actually a school bill it started off at 1500 and i got it down to 850 and i missed 2 monthly payment and they sent me a notice in the mail saying that i have to pay the bill in full and theres no way i can do that at this time so what will happen now?? can i still just keep sending them money orders will the except the payments if i dont send it in the 850 all together??

sso theres this girl at work and i have to go and talk to her in like an hour or so and at a time she came over an we made out and what not.. u can say i had a thing for here ok but she has to many guy friends and she goes to alot of partys ok and i work with her. but now i have decided just to let her be and live her life instead of me trying to hook up with her....so the only way i know how to mind my own business is to have selective talking like at work i only talk about work but she keeps tellin me that im mean and when i dont giver her attentions she ignores me completley and she thinks that im mad at her which im not im just minding my own business 0k so i have to go talk to her soon an i dont really know what to say or how to start of the subject??so how do i come out and talk to her cuz i just dont know shes sendine me mixed signals does she like me?hate me? what i dont understand??
