    I think nuclear weapons are very dangerous so, they paid 100million dollars to improve security for its nuclear weapons

    Because $50 sounded too cheap.It went to a Bush croney so they went with 100 Million.

    I'm just guessing, but it's probably got something to do with the fact that nukes are dangerous and need to be well protected.
