why US paid 100 million dollars to improve security for its nuclear weapons?

I think nuclear weapons are very dangerous so, they paid 100million dollars to improve security for its nuclear weapons

Because $50 sounded too cheap.It went to a Bush croney so they went with 100 Million.

To make sure they don't fall into the wrong hands or anything of that nature. Do you really want a dumb redneck to find a nuke and start playing with it? lol

I'm just guessing, but it's probably got something to do with the fact that nukes are dangerous and need to be well protected.
