go to a college with ROTC training. That's about it or take some classes with military history.

You can go to just about any 4 year university along with many colleges that offer the NROTC program. Once you enroll in the naval science classes you pick the Marine Option within the NROTC program.
Do some searching on your own..don't rely on other people to gather this information for you.
PS..be a little more clear in your asking. Do you want to be an officer? Do you want to do ROTC? Do you want to go to OCS? what.
