Do not create the 'image' of being angry. You have to be angry.
You need to go through the script, do a full analysis of whaty you are performing and write up your subtext for every line. Then you need to start from your 'neutral man' (look up this on google, if you do not know what it is) and develop your character. Give yourself a new center of gravity, leading center, mannerisms..... Work on this physical character until you are happy with it. Then develop a vocal that matches. Make sure to spend a few hours around the house in this characters body, before you audition, so you get use to it, and won't drop out of character in your audition.
When you audition, turn your back on the 'audience' first, to change your physicality into your character. Make sure you KNOW the lines!!!
So you can be thinking about the subtext and feelings rather than trying to remember what to say.
Choose the spot where Helena is standing, sitting.... do not lose contact with it. You need to stick with it, be direct about where she is!! It looks very bad if you are iffy about her position.
Make sure to make eye contact with this imaginary person.
& remember, anger is not just through the voice. It is through you whole body, how much tension you hold in your shoulder, how you stamp your foot.... Be angry with your whole body not just your voice.

Take all of the advise from the fist answer, and then just let the language guide you to the feeling of the scene. If you say the words in this scene out loud you'll find just where she feels hurt, angry, stubborn, whatever. Shakespeare chose the language both for the audience and to tell the actors how to play the scene.
Have fun!
