If a Turtle doesnt have his shell, is he homeless or naked?

he is homeless and naked and dead because the shell his practicly his body

Homeless. And dead. He is not naked because the shell is considered part of his body.

I guess he'd be dead cause of cold or something.

And he (the turtle) won't have any protection against predators.
