What is your sign and do you have any phobias?

I'm Cancer, and I don't like anything around my neck...no turtle necks, choke necklaces....nothing. I am afraid of suffocation or choking. I also hate heights, and I do not like airplanes. I fly, but I do not have any fun doing so.

I have the same fear as you. If I see a spider, I sweat, shake, cry even. I have a feeling that I want to remove it but I can't so I run. This is known as the fight or flight response. Every thing living in the world has this response. It is actually meant to be a good thing because it prepares us to be cautious if we are in danger. I guess a phobia is when you have this feeling over something whether it's a bird, going out or talking in public. Normally a phobia is of something that will cause you no harm. Why not try hypnotherapy? I am thinking about it as it has high success rates. In the meantime, try to explain to your mum that your phobia is intense and therefore you would like her help and understanding. Good luck x

I'm terrified of spiders. I don't care how small they are I don't want them near me. The eight eyes and legs is too much of everything. Ironically, I think they're beneficial to the ecosystem because they keep the insect population in check and I appreciate that..lol. I don't hate them. I'm just extremely scared of them. I'm also scared of heights. I get vertigo really bad and my knees turn to jelly. When I look down I feel like throwing up and my head starts spinning. Last but definitely not least, water scares me. I mean being in the middle of a lake and especially the ocean in a boat would scare the bejeebus out of me. I even start hyperventilating if I look down into the top of a 10 gallon aquarium that's filled with water. Weird.

I am scared of heights and the ocean. I can go in a swimming pool but when I get in the ocean I get really paranoid that I might get dragged into sea, or cut myself on the reef, or get stung or bit by a poisonous fish, or a shark my like how I taste, or anything lol I know I watch too much Discovery channel.

I hate spiders. They really freak me out. And windows that aren't covered at night. I like freak out and feel like someone is watching me. Other than that, Im not really scared of anything, besides you know, the usual.

I know this is a common one but I'm terrified of cockroaches, I not only think they're disgusting but I'm seriously scared of them, like if they're gonna attack me or something lol I will NOT go into a room if there is a cockroach in there no matter how tiny it may be. Once I went to sleep over at my parents house because there was a cockroach in my apartment and i didn't go back until somebody killed it....and you bet I ran out of there when I saw it I only grabbed my purse. lol

I'm scared to come down steep stairs =/ and landing from mountain, that's really bad for me either i like mountain hiking. It's like living stairs, rocks and soil falling and you can trust that that rock under your shoe won't slip..

but i dont really like looking at them for too long, or having them too exposed.
