2002 Honda Accord SE O2 Sensor #1 Heater Failure Code?

Question

I have replaced the O2 Sensor, first with an after market sensor and then with one from the dealer. This code keeps coming back up within seconds of starting the car. Is there possibly a fuse somewhere (if so, where is it) that also needs to be checked/replaced for the heater element of the O2 Sensor to work properly? It is a 4 cylinder. There are 2 sensors. Sensor 1 is the one in the front (before the catalytic converter). Sensor 2 is the one on the back of the engine (after the catalytic converter). The code number is P1167. Specific Description: HO2S Sensor 1 Heater Failure. I have disconnected the battery and I have also reset the code with a diagnostic scanner but the code will not stay off. It just keeps coming back on. 36531-PAA-305 is the correct Honda part number of the sensor that I installed.

Update:

Turns out that along with the Bosch one that I bought 1st and the one from Honda were both wrong. I ordered one straight from Denso and it worked correctly. That part number was 234-9014.

Update 2:

There are 2 types of 4 cylinder engines for this make, model, and year.. F23A1 is the VTEC and the F23A4 is the ULEV VTEC. The O2 Sensors do not interchange. I was given the O2 Sensor for the A1 when I needed and requested the one for the A4.

a short to ground in the blk/yel alternator wire could cause the ecm/pcm to set certain dtc and intermittently blown the no.6 (15a) fuse in the driver's under-dash fuse/relay box.  good luck hope it helps

I have a 2001 Dodge Dakota and the same thing was happening. The fuse was blown and i replace it. It was under the hood in the fuse box.
