I just got into college today?

Good for you. I go to LSU and have had some great memories there including winning the national football championship last year. It made the campus feel so alive.

I went to the University of California, Davis (Class of 2003).

Significant memories were opening my eyes to connections between the various disciplines I was studying. As you progress through your general education requirements (i.e., lower division courses outside your major area of study), you'll probably notice some commonalities, similar veins of thought, and one constant that I'll never forget: everything you study entails a study of history, be it generally or the specific history of the subject at hand.

The more you can appreciate how your major fits into the larger picture of human history, the more fulfilling and enriching your college experience will be.

I was at home waiting for an email

I got 4 rejections already so I was depressed but still hopeful

Then I slept because I couldn't handle the anxious feeling of waiting

25 mins later the sound of an alarm woke me up.. It was from an email from princeton university

I GOT ACCEPTED

I GOT INTO PRINCETON AND IM A SOPHOMORE NOW

I'm hoping to get in at SMU (Saint Mary's University) here in Nova Scotia. It's a great college, and I'll be studying for my BComm, with a major in Accounting and a minor in Business Management.

CONGRATS! I go to the University of New Mexico and I'm a graduate student. My best memory would have to be getting my BA in Political Science in May of this year from the Univ. of New Mexico..Good luck to you!

Congratulations on that, dude. I'm going to Saddleback in Orange County right now. It's a community college, and I'm thinking about transferring to UCLA afterwards.

im going to the university of louisville's speed school of engineering.

ive only been in for one semester but ive had some good times, i think one of my favorites just happened today when i convinced the TA to look up some bootleg movies on the internet for the projector lol. or my TA for chemistry because shes so hot :D

That is really great! I am going to Nursing School (second career) and when I am done with this course I will have to transfer to college to get an advanced degree.

Enjoy yourself, but make sure you make time to do your work as well.
