anyone have ugg cardy's?sizing helpURGENT!!NEED HELP!?

okay so i heard ugg cardy calssics run small!

ireally need ur help because i have been getting confusing answers

so my sister is a 9 in converse and 10 sneakers

she wants ugg cardys

i know they will stretch and they may run small?

so should i get her a:

10 and trust my luck or

9 and her feet might be swished and stretch

my friend said to get a bigger size but its either 10 or 9

please help i have to order them or buy them and she is far away from my town area!!!!

IM SO CONFUSED I NEED A STRAIGHT FOWARD ANSWER!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

    i would go with the 10 cuz if it doesnt fit her now it will fit her later

    just get a 9 and return them if they dont fit.
