Does anybody know the name of the movie?

Question

I try to find a certain movie, but I do not know the name of it, neither the names of any actors.
It's an old movie and the story is about a young couple and the wife/girlfriend (?) dies of cancer.

Does anybody have an idea what's the name of that movie?

hey, i was also going to answer "Sweet November" year 2001 with Keanu Reeves and Charlize Theron also Jason Isaacs and directed by Pat O'Connor.
well i am almost sure it is not the movie you re talking about, because they didnt show that the lady has died , but you still can watch it it is a kind of romantic movie.

Well, this is very vague seeing as there are A LOT of movies with this subject, but one that comes to mind is Jersey Girl, its not REAL old, but you didn't specify, it stars Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck, and Liv Tyler
