How can I get this stain out of my shirt? HELP!?
I bought a shirt, and then used those T-shirt transfer papers to iron- on a funny design. Problem is, there must have been something on the shirt when I bought it, because when I ironed-on the design, a brown stain appeared in the middle of the design. It looks like something had spilled on it, but I could not see it before I ironed. Problem is- how do I get it out!? I tried washing it and using a little bleach- but no luck.
Please help! This shirt was supposed to be a personalized Christmas present for my husband. I know it sounds easy enough to go buy a new shirt and start over- but I don't have the money for it. I used the last of our money to buy this shirt for him. Things are tight this year...

It sounds like maybe a rust stain or scorch stain. Try a product called Rust Out. Costs around $4.00 and can be purchased at most grocery stores or hardware stores.. It is a liquid, and you just squirt some directly on the dry stain. You will see the stain start to disappear right away. Rinse with cool water, wash and dry as normal. Good luck. Good luck.

My wife says it sounds like a burn/scorch stain and that once something is heated into the fabric that you will have a tough time getting it out.
That's what she says, but I've a more gooder idea. Draw an almost perfect circle on the shirt that encompasses the stain. Then take a pair of scissors and cut out the circle. Whaa laaa, the stain is gone.
Oh yeah, and did you try lemon juice to remove the stain? It has removed many stains. Good luck.
