the woman cheated on her husband so House made it up as both are so gullible they ate up the story.

House just made the virgin pregnancy thing up. He was just being House I guess haha. The wife really did cheat on him. I was really confused at first too!!!

It wasn't really a virgin birth. House twisted the test, so he could prove to Wilson that he could get a present from a patient.
