To be honest every pregnancy is diffrent. You may first feel cravings in your first pregnancy and then the next puking then cravings or none at all :) arent you just lucky. their 2 signs that are very big . I would rather having cravings all throughout pregnancy rather then puking.

Before any of that you will miss a period.

I would then say puking... it usually starts at about 6 weeks and stops at about 12 weeks.

They say that if a women craves something she is lacking something in her diet (ie if you crave red meat you are lacking iron) But I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I have never really had a craving.

For me, it was being sick. An overwhelming feeling of being or about to be sick.

Then the cravings started real cravings. Not like walking past a candy bar and thinking oh yummy I want that, but more like the feeling that your body take some baby vegetable rolls wrapped in seaweed.

After speaking with my doctor he let me know that I should generally trust my cravings, it’s my bodies way of letting me know I needed something. In the case of the seaweed rolls (veggie sushi rolls) the rice and vegetables are good for me and the seaweed and pickled ginger are great for your digestive system in times of “digestive stress”

I know that every pregnancies different. But this has been my experience.

Puking unless you have no morning sickness. I never had morning sickness but still haven't had cravings for anything but the normal foods i'd eat anyway!

Every pregnancy is different. Some people never get cravings and some people never get nausea (vomiting). Also, everyone gets their symptoms different time. I started to get both around 6 weeks.
