    IMHO, unless you're military or law enforcement (or even if you are, to be honest), you might as well take just general Gracie Jiu-Jitsu or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Those are all basic techniques you will probably learn before getting your blue belt (your first belt promotion).
