i think generally US and UK troops get on pretty well. when they fight alongside each other any prejudices or disagreements would go out the window anyway. from some of the books ive read, i know some brits have questioned the standard of US training but the british army prides itself on training and so this is likely to happen. apart from minor gripes id imagine they get on well. they probably pull pranks on each other, i know the SAS found it hilarious to piss in american ration packs, throw them in US tents and wait for them to explode (due to some chemicals used to cook them without heat).

Yes and no. Unit to unit and person to person I would say yes. There is rivalries of course. Despite that both SAS and SF are equals they will still want to prove who is better, It will lead to fights in a bar but in the field when the stuff is hitting the fan they will stand side by side and kill everything that does wear their uniforms, of course there will be the debate on who killed more and the fist fighting will begin all over again.
