How do I change the default channel on the router so that I can get a better wireless signal? Every blog I read says to try changing the channel on the router, but it never explains how to do this. Could someone please explain this to me? Thanks!
I don't have a manual, or I would have used it!

Its all in your manual........
Open a web browser on the computer connected to the Router. In the “Address” text box, type:
http://192.168.1.1then/ press Enter on the keyboard.
The “Login” screen appears. Enter the default user name (admin) and password (password) in the appropriate text boxes, then click OK.
The “Home” screen of the MegaControl Panel appears.
Clicking on the “Wireless Setup” icon at the top of the Home screen generates the “Wireless Setup” screen. This screen displays various wireless connection properties.
Select the appropriate channel from the drop-down list.
