Best freeware for Converting AVI to MP4s?
Tried half a dozen things found on Google today, tired of trial versions, nagware, watermarks, etc. Is there anything you'd recommend that just, you know, converts AVIs to MP4s, no hassle?

i like to use Videora iPod Converter. it's a solid program so long as you don't want to set for it really specific dimensions or mess with the aspect ratio.
SUPER is okay too and allows for more specifics, but i personally prefer Videora. Videora has a bunch of presets to choose from, and is pretty hassle-free.

well, even though you said freeware, this is a great program to have (you've most likely already heard about it though :) ) Get the "Qucktime Pro Edition" its only $20 for as long as you have the software. It converts easily, and its a "no Hastle" program, with many other benifits. I reccomend getting this.
