If a car (say car A) stops at a 5 way intersection, and Car B stops after, but fails to yield to to Car A, and Car A T-Bones Car B, who is at fault in this situation? I figure Car A could be at fault for the fact that they weren't in control of their car, but Car B still failed to yield.

I was planning on buying an Xbox 360 from my friend. It's an elite xbox, the last model that came out. He said everything was working fine and then he got the one ring of death. He said that he fixed it and everything is working perfectly fine now, but im not sure weather this might happen again...and if so, will it fix. Does anybody know if it would be safe to buy, since he already fixed it, or will it happen again and just completely not work...

on my ipod I had a contact, for example bill. When i tried to change the contact email to bill, it saved perfectly fine. So when i went to send a message to bill, the new email screen name was under the recommended list when i typed in Bill, but the old email was there too. I've tried almost everything to get rid of it...but nothing would work? Any help?

I saw on apple you can engrave your Ipod on the back. I really want to engrave an Ipod because i'm going to get the touch on Wednesday. The thing is I don't want to pay $299 for one. I really want the refurbished one. So, my question is, can I engrave a refurbished Ipod Touch?

I just heard that apple was having a convention in San Fransisco or something. The thing is I really wanna know if anybody knows what they are going to have there. There is supposed to be a new Ipod and if anybody knows what it looks like or whatever, please tell me.

Hello everyone! I have some questions about the Ipod touch. One is I need some Cons and Pros for this Ipod. Second, whats better, Iphone or the Ipod touch? I want a music player like the touch but the phone seems to cost so much more. Last, how is the durability on it? What I mean by that is how long does it last, does it scratch easy, is it easy to break if you drop it. Well, thanks!

Ok, this is a weird question, but I have to know. My grandma has two cats, one boy, one girl (not that it matters) Anyway, somehow they have gotten fleas. I bought some front line and put it on them and it seemed to work because the fleas are dropping off of the cats. Anyway, they have never been outside in their lives except to go to the vets and to go back to the house when we bought them, and even then they were contained in a crate. Somehow they got fleas but we don't know how. My grandmother does not live near any kind of woods. She lives on a city street so there is technically no way they could have came in from outside. I'm completely stumped...anybody have any ideas?
