What I do is make breaded chicken, its really quick, and easy.

Ingredients:

6 refrigerated chicken breasts

Italian Style Bread Crumbs

4 Eggs

Tools:

Oven

Pan

Tin foil

Medium sized bowl

Large plate

Fork

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400*. Crack the four eggs into a bowl, and stir it up well. Prepare a plate full of bread crumbs. One by one, grab a chicken breast and cover it with the egg mixture, and then coat the chicken breast with bread crumbs. Get a large baking pan, and cover it with tin foil. Put each chicken breast on the pan. Pop em' in the oven for 30 minutes, and then they'ree ready for eating!

Good Side dishes: Spaghetti and Tomato Sauce.

I would say a casserole or a meatloaf..or a lasagna..potato salad or macaroni salad..I always think turkey-best price for the LB(pound)..London Broil is usually a favorite-sliced thin with sides.

Green Bean Casserole...

Dinner rolls or biscuts, buy frozen ones and you can just heat them up without any effort. Also a great way to stall while you finish preparing other food.
