"Kwisatz Haderach" is a term from the Dune sci-fi book series by Frank Herbert. His universe is pretty complicated, so I'll explain just enough to get the meaning across.
There's a sisterhood called the Bene Gesserit who have a whole array of psychic/prophetic skills, but the skills only manifest in females. They have a centuries-long breeding program, the goal of which is to produce a male with the same abilities - that male being the Kwisatz Haderach.
