When I go to search for lets say Macys the link says somplace totally different .?

This is unlikely, but you could have DNS issues. Please run the following command at Start->Run->cmd

ipconfig /flushdns

This will flush old DNS records that are no longer valid.

Be aware though that this is probably not your problem. It is much more likely that you have some kind of adware that is doing this to you. My advice is to manually delete the malware if you happen to know what/where it is. If not, then get a better anitspyware/antivirus program.
