Get a child/ dog gate (one that you can move easily), that way you can put him in the same room as you & be a part of the family. he just wants to be near all the action( even when there is none).

No dog will want to come in and be seperated from the rest of the family. He does not like being tied in the bathroom. First of all, you need to make sure he has enough exercise. Having him tied in the bathroom is not getting him enough exercise, and as you can see he is acting up because of it. You would be better off to tie a leash to him and let him follow you around where you go. If you dont want to buy a leash make one out of rope. They are really easy to make. If someone locked you in a room and left you there, you would be made and frustrated too. To get him to stop, he needs more exercise and someone to spend time with him. Teach him to sit and lay down if he does not already know it. Then, when he is following you around the house and you go and sit to watch tv or something, tell him to lay down. This way he will not feel seperated and will not be barking like crazy.

An instinctive canine behavior, a bark now and then reminds you that your dog is still very much a dog. However, constant barking can be disruptive, if not downright nerve-racking. Fortunately, there are ways to prevent or curb problem barking.

you have to get him leashes and give a stuff toy to play with.
He also must be barking because he doesn't maybe want to stay in the house and prefers staying outside
