so we started dating in june and you know how there is that summer holiday.. so well we talked quite alot like face to face before the holiday cuz we actually got alot of time to see each other, but then since holiday started he never really talked to me... he used to stay on msn forEVER, and now i don't even see him go online.. and when we had this double date he showed up like thirty minutes before i had to leave... then towards the end of summer when we had this hangout thing with our friends, that was like the first time i saw him in 3 weeks or something like that and he pretended like I wasn't even there. and it's so confusing cause he still tells me that he loves me and he started liking me for like two years before we started dating...

school started and we haven't said a word and he's always off hanging out with his guy friends after school.

I really don't know what to do anymore??

Okay, so my mom is like cool with the dating thing, she knows that i have a boyfriend.

But when it comes to just hanging out with my friends she's all so paranoid about it.

She's told me a billion times that it's not me that she doesn't trust but is the world.

I get that. But she's telling me that she won't let me hang out any later than 9 (weekends AND HOLIDAYS, so weekdays must be heck lot earlier...) until i graduate. as in HIGHSCHOOL.

I mean, I always arrive home on time when she tells me when she wants me home. I've never done anything stupid, I don't drink, smoke wtv, all that, and I'm in all the advanced classes at school, get decent grades... But she just won't let me do anything.

I'm ALWAYS the first one to leave to go back home to make the curfew when i'm at a party or just a hang-out. I can NEVER stay till the end..

I'm 16, and i mean we all know that I will have to become independent at some point in my life, but she just is too overprotective of me.. It's not like she will be convinced if I get home before curfew.. or do extra chores. I've tried, trust me :/

I mean, I used to just accept her as a protective mom, but now I'm just sick of it and I reallllyy don't want to be "oh, sorry, can't hang out, that's too late" throughout my entire high school..

She sometime makes me want to just run out of the house

I'm getting the newest version of Ipod Touch very soon and I'm REALLY excited okay. I'm like thinking about which apps to get and i see all these reviews about some apps and some of them says like it kills ur touch and like freezes/crashes your touch all the time, some says it doesn't even let you play or it doesn't work and all that crap

so like what are some of the apps you've downloaded onto your itouch which failed to work??

my yorkie's about a year and half years old.

when we first got him, which was like last year in may, he was acting so nice to everyone, whether they're strangers or other animals or WHOEVER. he would just sit in his crate quietly or just lick they're feet or try to jump on them, like nicely.

but then after a few weeks he began to bark at ringing door bells, and start jumping/ barking/ growling like crazy whenever a stranger entered my house. I'd always have to put him in his crate and stay next to him to make him stay calm. or at least not jump/bark/growl like crazy..

this has been going on for quite a long time and i have tried all kinds of ways to make him behave. i've tried to make my tutors give him treats which sort of worked but not all teachers dared to give my dog treats or anything. most of my friends have a dog of their own so when they come over i can tell them to pat him or scratch his belly or stuff like that but yeah... he just can't stay calm when other teachers are over. or guests. it annoying because whenever my mom has her friends over, i have to hold onto my dog and stay with him in a different room to keep him calm. and during that time, i can't do anything or get anything done.

also, my house has huge windows. and whenever my dog sees cats or other dogs walk past my house he starts barking again.

this is getting worse. sometimes he doesn't even listen to me. if he's on my sofa, and when i say "go home" he'd quickly go back into his crate and stay there but he doesn't even bother to move. he just stares at me as if he doesn't care what i say.

please help me. i just moved into a new house which is a townhouse and i don't want my dog to be a disturbance to my neighbors. :(

I got sims 2 few days ago and began playing today.. well i installed the game and used all four discs that were in the package to install the whole game. and then i had to do these surveys.. whatever... and i started playing and it worked just fine. but then the second time i played it (after quiting out of the game) it didn't work.. i have vista and at first it said that it has a known compatibility issue of this version of windows and there were three options given "check for solutions online" "run program" and cancel. the first time i played, i clicked on run program and it worked but this time i tried all three and they didn't work.. when i clicked on run program this time this window came up saying UNSPECIFIED ERROR... what is the problem??

I was going to download copy pictures I took on my digital camera and when I plugged it onto my computer the file appeared which normally has all my pictures I took in it (it's most likely same for all other cameras).

And then a window came up saying there is a trojan (which I wasn't sure where it came from, either the computer or the camera ) so, quickly, I cleared it using this program I set up. Next thing I know the file on my camera disappeared and when I unplugged the camera from the computer, the pictures were still there (in the camera memory stick where didn't seem to appear on the computer/removable disk)

WHAT HAPPENED AND WHAT SHOULD I DO TO get access to the pictures through removable disk??

p.s: I thought the program automatically deleted the file cause of the trojan but when I checked in my recycle bin, it wasn't there either.

in a subtle way?

my yorkie puppy is 6 months, almost, and he's been eating Eukanuba suggested by vet and i heard ENOUGH from people that it's a terrible food, so is pedigree and proplan which i use to feed my other dog, Jack russell.

I am running out on Eukanuba now so i was planning to buy a different pet food this time and also to a higher quality one. I've found out Innova, Canidae, Wellness ,etc. are really healthy for dogs and was planning to get one of those but i could never find them in ANY pet stores or any places where they sell pet supplies and products.

The thing that gets in the way is that i live in CHINA and it doesn't seem like they ever import those food and only sell those comercial foods. I've seen so far Royal Canine, Proplan, Eukanuba, Pedigree, Science Diet and whichever brand that was noted UNhealthy (although some websites i found stated they were one of the best dog foods).

Are there any of the healthy foods that could be found anywhere (Beijing) or could you give another (healthy) dog food suggestion that could be easily found in basically anywhere??

so i have a 5 month old silky terrier (basically the same as yorkies: fur type and others..) and like we left the house for holidays for a week and he stayed with my house keeper-ish person (not my mom) and while we were gone, my dog had to visit the vet twice because of vomitting and diahrrea so we got him a few shots and he was perfectly fine, firm pee/poo and all the other normal dogs would do...

HE BARELY EATS FOOD, and it's not like we give him like treats and snacks to eat beforehand but it seems like he doesn't like his food (Eukanuba: heard it wasn't too great) and he only finished half of it in one month (when my vet said he would be able to finish it within a month)!

Well, i can't just change the food right now cause the cost of that food was like my 2 month allowance.. but i AM going to change the food as soon as it begins to run out!!

Another thing is that his fur (or hair) is really rough, it's smooth when you stroke it but it looks all rough and not glossy and smooth! If that is also the food problem, which kind of food do you suggest??

I need the best food please.. I want my dog to enjoy eating & enjoy his life!!! THANKS!!

Ok, so, i have a silky terrier

He's five months, and i had him for his fifth month at my house..

Well i just got him a new crate today and put it on the first floor family room and all of the bedrooms are on the second and the third floor..

I take him for a walk twice a day for about 20 minutes (more than enough for and silky terrier) and he never rests in the house as well.

But when it's even at night, he won't sleep and would keep barking, not just because he got a new crate today but he use to bark when we didn't have a crate and just let him hang out in our family room.

Sometimes we thought that it was because he was distracted by the noise from outside (although I, as a human, couldn't hear anything) but then when i went down cause of his excessive barking, he just straightly went to sleep.

I've tried all those kong toys, fav. chew toys, fav. beds method but those wouldn't grab his attention. and if i ever tried to crate train him, as he didn't seem to show any interest in food, i didn't know what was best for him that could grab his attention..

And another thing is that he seems more tired and sleepy in the mornings than in the evenings.. is there a way to make him do the opposite, like making him be more active in the morning rather than evenings?

What is the best brand food for a 5 month old silky terrier? because when i first got him, the vet suggested us Eukanuba and i heard from LOTS of people that that brand consists of more grain or sumthing and my puppy doesn't even eat it like his own food! and that brand was the most expensive brand so we kind of trusted it.. and now i kinda feel like it didn't worth paying that much!!

When is the best time to neuter? like the perfect time :P i know there may not be the PERFECT time but i don't want him to get it on the wrong time that he might get sick..

I heard these kind of breeds need to cut their fur completely so when they grow back, it's much smoother.. both of my friends dog (one maltese and the other yorkshire terrier) got their fur literally SHAVED because their vet suggested to.. but my vet never told me about it.. and my friend's dog's fur really did seem to grow nicer!! :)

Well on my birthday, i got a yorkshire terrier ( 4 months ) for my bday present. We bought him for a rather cheap price ( btw he's not a teacup or whatever which i heard dosn't exist or sumthing ) and he was cheap because the pup was sold from this family to the pet store.. ( hope it makes sense ) and we haven't seen his parents or anything but the vet said he was a purebreed yorkie. He got all his shots before and like they gave us this pet passport thing that had a record of the shots.

But then, eversince i brought him home, my mom's keep saying that he is not purebreed and thinks he is a mix. And now, i kinda think so too because he is quite big for a puppy he is about 25 cm in height

Is 25 cm like really tall for a 4 month puppy or is it just big cause my yorkie is just the standard size.. and i'm afraid he's gonna get even bigger when he gets older..

What is REALLY the average/ standard size of a yorkshire terrier?? ( not the teacup ones )

i have a yorkie and he's 4 months old... it took me about 3 weeks to teach him how to sit cause normally if you put a treat above their nose, they would sit; beding their back legs and my yorkie didn't know how to do that and would just jump for it.. so i kinda pressed his butt down so he could sit.. eventually he learned how to

Now i am trying to teach him how to lie down and tried every single way that others did to make their dog lie down; i made him sit first and then using i slided the treat downwards to the floor.. and that's how my old dog learned how to lie too but this yorkie wouldn't go down but just stand back up and tries to get the treaat!!

Is there a better way to teach a 4 month old yorkie to lie down??!!!

well i have a 4 month old yorkie and i was wondering if i can begin brushing his teeth or not?? and also am i allowed to just give him dog gums (Greenie's teeth) to chew on instead of actually having to brush his teeth (not that i am lazy to but i was wondering what was a better option..)??

i have a 4 month old male yorkie

since we got him we had him potty trained really well until few days ago it seemed like he prefered to pee/poo outside in our yard

when he goes outside we let him out there for quite a while so he could play around and we noticed he's been eating alot of grass

and now he's having diarrhea and i don't think he can control it cause like wherever he sits there is this liquidy thing on the floor

and whenever i am near him i can hear his stomach growling sort of and the liquid that comes out is like red but i don't think it's exactly blood.. is it normal that dogs have diarrhea after eating grass and should i stop him from eating grass AND should i bring him to the vet or would it be over by sometime???!!

my dog is an outside dog but because it's winter now,, we planned to put him in.. so we thought we could tie the dog onto a pole in the bathroom because i have a real BIG, HYPER, puppy...(it's way too big for me to let him run around the house..). and now, he is barking mad.. how do i stop him?? i tried to train him but he won't listen,,, and i don't want to get one of those leashes. HELP please...

I have a JRT/ schnauzer( only five months old).. ... it's got a lot of fur just like a schnauzer but it is extremely active and hyper my mom does not like breeding a dog in our house and we got one to leave it in our yard . now the weather is changing and my brother is keep on saying we need to bring it back in.. is there any good information that could convince my mom to bring the pup in?
