Is the medical community homophobic?

I've been educating myself with material from The Sexually Transmitted Disease Information Center of the Journal of the American Medical Association and the Centers for Disease Control and they don't have anything good to say about homosexuality, or anal intercourse. Instead, they go into great detail describing the deleterious effects of these lifestyles. If this information is true, why do people keep saying that homosexuality doesn't hurt anyone? If it's false, why isn't the medical community being attacked for hate speech or being homophobic?

Update:

Like I said before, I've already been educating myself on negative effects. The higher rates in spreading death and disease, lower life expectancy, higher rates of depression, drug use, suicide etc. I was looking for an answer to my questions.

.Evolution did not design the anus to cop large "invaders" which can cause lesions permitting the entry of viruses. The vagina is far more flexible and can cope with even a very large penis. However it is strange to me that some animals (like seals for example) have been documented to have same sex relations.

"describing the deleterious consequences of the gay existence-style" that's a lie. clinical journals say that anal intercourse has a greater robust threat of an infection than vaginal intercourse; it extremely is it. they do no longer attempt and pontificate that being gay is erroneous. In different words, your end is biased, no longer based definitely and in simple terms shows your man or woman blatant homophobia. EDIT: you're a tragic mendacity little scumbag, toddler. before everything, if 2 of them are ineffective and insane, they are hardly actively training something. Incontinence has honestly no longer something to do with sexuality the two, and that's a pathetic stretch. Oh, and that i be conscious you have backtracked that on the start the clinical community spoke out against homosexuality many times, yet once you're called on it they only communicate out against anal intercourse being practiced via all of us? Pathetic. you're a valueless little bigot and that's particularly hassle-free for each man or woman to work out.

because with anal sex (w/o a condom) you will almost certainly get a urinary tract infection (mostly from the E. coli in the large intestine), not to mention STDs are transferred there easier than vaginal
