Would contact lenses work for me?
I need to wear my glasses all the time- I'm very short sighted (myopic) and everything is blurry without them. My optician said that my eyes are suitable for contacts, and I was thinking about getting them for practical reasons.
You see, I like heavy metal, and I go to a lot of gigs and metal clubs. That means that the only dancing I do is headbanging, and I spend a lot of time in the mosh pit. I don't want to keep wearing my glasses as I've almost lost them in circle pits a couple of times.
My question is: if I'm headbanging and crashing into people and so on, am I more likely to have a contact fall out?

No, I play lots of sports, and I have only had my right contact fall out once. If you get contacts, you might consider carrying some extra contacts, an extra contact case, and some contact solution with you, like in your backpack, purse, etc.

Headbanging ??...kids are sure weird these days....lol
No, contacts don't fall out on their own. Football and rugby players can wear them, so there is no problem with that.
