A-Z video does not start after installation?
Hi...Friends...I have downloaded and installed A-Z Video Converter Ultimate 8.5 and have installed it, but after installation when i double click on the shortcut on my desktop only the About screen appears for a second or two and goes and the software does not start....
My system is AMD Athlon 64 2800+ 1.81 GHz, 512 MB, and OS is XP Sp-3. Kindly help me out of this problem......

uninstall it first.
restart the system.
install the software again.
Restart the system before using it for first time.
