they will send it out and fix it, the only time they will replace it is if it is not repairable then they will give you your money back minus the warrenty and taxes,

most of the warrantees r not replaced. They will just repair it if there is any problem. If u have bought it within a month or two, u can just demand them for replace thats all.... or the repair will be done for free of cost,. It will be sent to the company service station n ur work will be done there....

Very unusual for them to replace the entire unit, unless it is a dead motherboard
