    Online is a lousy way to find a job.

    You will find scammers promising jobs and that's about it.

    You need to find your local resources like the local newspaper, local headhunters.

    All online job boards are full of crap. You are competing with everyone else who saw that same job posting as you. My advice is go contact your network. You have to know someone who knows someone who is hiring.
