It depends on how you were feeling before the injury. If you were feeling beat up and exhausted, a week off might actually help you out. If not, your conditioning will probably suffer a little, but it's just a week, so not too much.

Your leg strength might suffer, but your conditioning probably won't. It will be hard for about a week but you'll get right back into it within like 5 days.

I would do a ton of upper body stuff in that week though. Do a ton of bench press, pull ups, and arm curls. Plus your posterior pectorals get stronger if you use crutches.

I had torn my ACL in my knee last summer, and had to have physical therapy for 5 months. Unfortunately, it was my senior year of basketball, but even after not running for all those months, I was able to quickly get back on the court even after not running. So, if your only out for a week, I am sure you will get right back into the groove of things. Deff. do some stationary exercises for some extra help.

A little, but not much. Just watch your diet during this time or you'll gain weight.

Work with a physical therapist to keep up your training and get back on the mat as soon as possible.

you shouldn't be set back with a week off, consider rest. Keep up on the weights for upper body strength so you can pick up right where you left. Try and shadow wrestle

Try doing exercises that don't involve using you legs. That should most likely keep you in shape.
