Can you use medical evaluations of a non party within another case?

Non party medical evaluations are trying to used against me within my own evidentuary hearing. Do I have recourse not to have these submitted and sealed to protect the non party.

Update:

My situation is child custody and the evaluations were done on my boyfriend which did nothing to my children or me and was never asked to be presented to the court.

What are his rights in Nevada?

That is a question of state law.

For example, in California criminal law, there is no doctor-patient privilege. The opposite is true in civil litigation.

That said, medical records typically require a qualified protective order or a HIPAA waiver and notice to the consumer.

You need to provide far more details for any meaningful answer.
