Yes, there are, and they won't let you have a child if you aren't ever home. Why would you want to adopt if you can't spend any time with the child, anyways?

    Psssh!

I AM curious, why did you post this question under Travel in Russia????? You aren't Russian, you aren't looking for a Russian baby, and you aren't looking to travel in Russia for any reason. Shouldn't this be posted under parenting and adoption?

There are lots of state-run orphanages, most of them are ran by religious groups.

I can save you some time right now though, and tell you that if you are not only single but are rarely home, don't expect the adoption committee to be very friendly to you.

Expect a COMPLETE background check on you as a person, they will check everything about you, your credit, your citizenship, criminal record, and how you make your money.

Even if you charm them, as a single person you can expect to be at the very bottom of the waiting list, no matter how much money you make or how "nice" you are.

    I hope you aren't serious.

It is a joke, isn't it?

Nobody can be a retard of this magnitude.
