Program to get password?

Is there a program I can have on a cd that when I put it in, it will automatically give me the password for the computer? How do I get such a program?

    Umm... Not Exactly... There though is a program that you can downlopad on ur computer or another computer that records Passwords Input Silently Then Shows You The Username and Password When You Type A Specific Command... Good If you need to do a little hacking... lol
