How do I tell if it's likely to be rainy or sunny a year in advance?
My fiance and I are planning an out door wedding, and we're trying to optimize our chances of sun.

My advice to you is to choose a wedding date in the month that has generally good weather in your location. Climatological data is all you can go off of until about 10 days out.
