About plea agreement ?

If you take a plea agreement and the case gets dismissed are you still bound to the plea agreement that you signed?

Update:

my sister is testifing on another person. The DA wants her to take a plea agreement for her testamony. So if the case falls apart before she even has to get on the stand. Is she still bound to the agreement?

I was presume you mean after you plea, that at a later date the charges are dismissed because you completed what you promised. On that basis, the case having been dismissed you are free from any requirements of your probation.

If you signed a plea agreement, and the charges were dropped before you pled, you are also free.

If the case is dimissed, then it was because of the plea agreement or there never was one. This is a question to be asking your attorney who represented you on the plea agreement deal.

If the case is dismissed, there is no plea agreement as there is no case to answer
