Hi can anyone give me some tips on how to boost my eneergy please ? xxx?

I work 9-5 not a hard job but by 2 im falling asleep!!

    Hi,

    Make sure you take a multivitamin that is high in the B-complex. Take one with breakfast or lunch.

    Try eating 5 - 6 smaller meals a day, that's Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and in between snacks. Increase your fiber intake, fiber helps regulate your sugar levels. Eat a balance between protein and carbohydrates.

    Here's a sample:

    Breakfast: Oatmeal or High fiber cereal, with

    Snack: Low sugar yogurt

    Lunch: Chicken, potato, Salad

    Snack: Fiber Bar and peanuts

    Dinner: Tuna Salad

    Try an energy drink like Lucozade or Red Bull, & Korean Ginseng tablets are also good, you can get them for about a quid out of drug stores. And make sure you get plenty of sleep & keep hydrated.

    8 hours of sleep and about an hour of cardiovascular activity every day. You'll feel awesome and you won't feel like falling asleep in the afternoon.

    Regular excersize and a healthy diet boosts your energy, leaving you less lethargic. Also a good night's sleep helps.
