Has anyone actually missed Jonathan Ross, and how can the BBC be persuaded to drop the overpriced buffoon?

As a pensioner, I object to any part of the licence fee I pay going towards this unpleasant character's outrageous salary and expenses.

I haven't missed him at all. In fact, it's been nice not having him on TV, or anywhere. He's one of the guys that thinks that he's really funny when really he's not.

No, I was trying to remember just why anyone thinks he is talented enough to deserve to host a chat show, and couldn't think of one damn reason. I also object to my licence fee going in part to pay his inflated salary, maybe we should all refuse to pay unless he's sacked. Many of the younger people I work with couldn't see what the fuss is about, mores the pity.

I think that we should have a "cull" of TV "celebrities".

Maybe every Friday, the BBC could have a phone poll,we could then vote for who we never want to see on tv ever again

He doesn't deserve that amount of money, no-one does really in my opinion.

But I have missed him, I enjoy his shows (TV and radio). I hope he won't be asked to "tone down" his comedy though. If people are offended, turn it over. Don't spoil it for the people who actually do like it.
