What is a good way to get real strong?

I am a sophmore in highschool and play football. I was one of the more weaker ones on the team. I take these creatine pills and my bench went up 20 pounds in 2 months. What supplements should i be taking and what are some really good workouts.

    Seven pounds? I could sh*t and lose that much.

    To bulk up, eat plenty of protein and find what your max lifting weight is. Then, go ten more pounds up and work with that. Then gradually take away a few more pounds until you're at about 20 below your max. Do this every time you lift (I recommend lifting every OTHER day to reduce muscle damage) and you'll be built. Have fun with the ladies.
