how many religious people believe that their religion is right and all other religions are wrong?
I don't understand religion at all. There are so many different religions in the world. In order to dedicate so much time and thought to something such as a religion, people must really believe that their religion is right and correct and true, right? But if every religion thinks this (and I'm not saying every single one does, but I assume that most do...?), then how can they possibly all be right? Wouldn't they all be contradicting each other, thus proving that NO religion is right or true?
No religion has a majority of the world's population. Christianity is the largest religion, with 33% of the world's population, but there are still twice as many non-Christians as Christians in the world.

The only divisions of religion are the semantics and nuances of dogma and taboos. I'll cite a few examples of similarities:
Believe in God or Gods i.e divinity
Believe in an afterlife
Believe in good acts and morals (although opinions vary on what those are)
Where we get into what defines a good act is where we begin to separate. If the various faiths spent less time uselessly debating semantics and trying to verify their way is the only way, perhaps we would see unity.
Take Wiccans for example. They might believe in on or more gods or maybe none at all. Do you see them blowing each other up over their religious convictions?
I await the TDs from the unobservant.

The previous answers here would seem to indicate that we all get along. Unfortunately, this is not the truth.
Most Christians believe they have the one true religion
Many Muslims believe that they have the truth.
Judaism on the other hand, has always maintained that there are many paths to G-d. That is one reason the Jews have suffered for so long.

Islam accepts all the three great monotheistics as true religions and paths to God:
"Surely those who believe, and those who are Jews, and the Christians, and the Sabians -- whoever believes in God and the Last Day and does good, they shall have their reward from their Lord. And there will be no fear for them, nor shall they grieve" (Quran 2:62, 5:69, and many other verses).
We just believe that these religions' scriptures have been edited over the centuries and strange, idolatrous practices have wormed its way into its purity (i.e. believing Jesus is "God" and "His Son").

who's to say any of them are wrong? They all preach 2 major concepts.
There is some major divine entity, and it wants you to be good.
So if it's a christian, a Muslim, a jew, a buddist, Hindu, ect, and he is good, and if God is just, he will receive a reward, and the bad will be punished.
If you are any of these religions, and think the other religions are going to hell, then you believe in an evil God.
I happen to believe in Islam, and although most Muslims will disagree, I don't believe God will punish someone for believing something different from me.

Believing yours is right and all the rest aren't is kind of why people belong to a religion (or none at all). They make a choice- whichever they think makes the most sense to them.

Logically, it should be 100%, because who would belong to a religion they believe is wrong?

As Jews, we actually believe that when the Messiah comes, Jews and Gentiles will live together in peace.

Christianity is God's plan of redemption for all mankind.
It is not "religion", it is Truth, and there can be only one truth.
