Yeah, it's hard to give up an "addiction." I myself have had a tape worm today and have been eating everything. Good luck.

Portion out the chips (put them into plastic baggies). Eat all the chips in one bag - that should be one or two servings. Then you won't feel as guilty. Good luck

Go to chip eaters anonymous. Just kidding! Well, first you need to get all of the chips out of the house or out of your reach. Then, replace them with carrot sticks, celery, and maybe Multigrain Wheat Thins. =]
Hope I can help!!

When you open a bag,
get a bowl and fill the bowl up.
And I mean a small bowl.
Then put the chips away.
The bowl limits to the amount you eat.

throw them away. dont buy any. companys put certain things in chips to make you want more so you cant stop eating them. the only thing you can really do is not buy them and buy something like carrots instead.

haha! awww it just sounds like a sudden crave,. it shouldnt last too long. if you keep it up, you will most probably get sick and tierd of "chips" lol and move on to something else.
the thing to do in this sort of situationis, start eating a subtitute of that particular food. in this case, potatoes. roasties, jackets, spuds... there are loads :). they don't necessarily taste better than potatoes etc, its just psycological. honestly, its all in the mind.
slowly start eating food similar to what you normaly eat then, to achieve a more healthier diet, start eating more healthy food. like instead of eating chips, eat roasted potatoes. then, once your used to that, start eating more healthy potatoes like spuds or fresh boiled potatoes and move on from there. trust me, it realy does work :)
hope i helped!

you obviously like potatoes so try to eat home baked potatoes or your own home made chips its more healthier and safe and you can eat from it as much as you want.

Ok here comes your will power. Do not buy them. You know when you take them home what will happen. First use of will power. Think of them as a bag of garbage as you are tempted. Think of putting garbage into your mouth. Yuk Now just don't do it any more. It is that
simple. Smart people don't eat garbage.

Next time you reach for a bag of chips, have a piece of fruit or pour yourself a bowl of healthy (wheat bran, granola, etc) cereal.
