why is it that when i delete something in outlook, it stays in my inbox?
when i delete e-mails, i want them to move to the "deleted items" folder, instead, it puts a line throught the e-mail and sender and stays in my inbox...can anyone help me?

Try holding the shift + delete at the same time. It might work.
Outlook is part of Internet Explorer. Try reinstalling Internet Explorer - this sometimes solves the problem.
