How do I go about playing a YouTube video in a location that denies access to YouTube?
I am on a campus in a remote area where there is no exposure to salsa dancing, and I want to show videos of people dancing the salsa. Not teaching it, but dancing it.

You will need to use an anonymizing proxy website. http://proxify.com/ will work, but access to a flash site like youtube requres a paid subscription which runs $40 per 6 months.
A google search also finds that this works and is free:

But I cannot vouch for that website. I would advise having a popup blocker running when you use them

try using google video....it shows videos from youtube and from other sites on its own page and gives the option of seeing such videos on the actual sites themselves. this would only work if you are allowed access to google video.

try using this proxy server... www.kproxy.com, use this - see if your network allows it or not... if gone through then type youtube there... you will get all
