Who saw the movie Seven Pounds?

I just saw this movie today today, and still I can not figure out where the title comes in, "Seven Pounds" The movie was excellent, I would highly recommend it. But could someone help me with the Seven Pounds title, does it have to do with the weight of the human heart?

    Will Smith's character is carrying seven pounds, as in metaphorical weight, the lives of those seven people who he "killed". Now of course they didn't weigh seven pounds but it's seven pounds of guilt on his heart.
