~Deviled Eggs~ This recipe makes 8 deviled eggs.

    Ingredients:

    4 hard-cooked eggs

    3 oz. cream cheese, softened

    1 T. mayonnaise

    1 T. yellow mustard

    1/4 t. salt

    dash of red pepper

    1/8 t. dry mustard

    Directions:

    1. Have and remove yolks from 4 hard cooked eggs.

    2. Push yolks through a sieve.

    3. Add to yolks, cream cheese, mayonnaise, prepared yellow mustard, salt, red pepper and dry mustard.

    4. Blend until smooth.

    5. Taste and correct seasoning to taste.

    6. Stuff mixture into egg white halves. You can do this also by putting the filling in a Ziploc bag and cut the corner off, squeezing the filling into the egg white halves.

You can easily double or triple this recipe depending on how many you need.

These are different, but delicious because of the cream cheese!

I still make my mom's version, she didn't measure anything.

Boil 7 eggs (it seems like one will always not peel well, eat that) and let cool. Cut in half, scoop out the yolks and put them in a bowl and smash them up with a fork. Add a spoonful of mayo, a spoonful of Dijon, and a little spoonful of dill pickle relish. Mix well and taste. If it's too dry, add a little bit more mayo, relish, or Dijon to taste. Then add a little capful of white vinegar, a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Mix well and put the mixture in a plastic baggie and snip a little bit off one corner, and pipe that into the egg white halves. Top with a green olive and sprinkle with paprika and you're done!

    Boil your eggs.

    Wait until they cool.

Cut them in half and put the yolk in a bowl.

Mix mustard and mayonnaise with a little bit of sugar with the yolk. Taste it to make sure you've added enough of each.

Fill the egg with the ingredients.

Hard boil the eggs. Cut them in half and scoop out the yolks. Mash yolks with a little chopped green onion and some mayo. Put back into the whites and sprinkle with paprika (for color). Refrigerate.

Do a web search. There is many kinds and I have no idea as to what your taste is. Most only use a few ingredients. Main ingredients will be the egg yolk and mayo or miracle whip and what ever else you like.
