Could you live/be happy without the internet?
Yes I know its just technology but some people really get attached (me). I didn't realize how much i missed my internet until my netgear router reset itself= i haven't had the net for a few weeks
So can you function without the internet? Functioning in a sense that you wouldn't have the net for a long time, for a few months maybe

no i couldn't im addicted to myspace and the harry potter podcast i listen too (MuggleCast!) and without the internet i'd have neither and id always be bored!

Of course I could function without it. The real question is whether or not I would want to =)
I am firmly attached to having the internet as a primary means of entertainment and information but it is not the sole provider for either of those desires in my life.

I don't like games, I don't watch TV but I can sit here on the Internet for 8 to 10 hours at a time. No I would not like life without the Internet. Sad ain't it.

I just came out of the dark ages here at my house by getting my 1st laptop and broadband internet a little over a year ago but I would go crazy with no internet. Its that addicting to me.

well that happened to me for most of this year i didn't have the internet and at first i thought i was going to die but honestly i lived through it and was able to function very well lol. but now that i have it back i don't really want to go back to life without it

Of course I can! There's still books, movies, friends, writing, music...I'd miss the internet though, particularly Answers and Youtube videos and being able to buy things so quickly.

I may be able to function for a week...maybe. Any more than that and I would show symptoms of withdrawal.

Yeah I think I will be happier without it in my personal life, but work-wise, it'll be hell becasue my job depends alot on the internet.

When I don't have access for even a short amount of time I get all fidgety. It freaks me out. Then there's nothing to do but drink!

it would be interesting to see how life would be w/o the internet because i'm addicted to it now and i don't have too much time to do other things
