Could be several things.
If you ran it low on air for some time, it can wear funny and cause vibration.
You or a family member might run over something and cause a bump on the tire thats hard to see, but you feel it now.

If your tires are filled to the correct pressure and you still suffer from a slight vibration that goes away at a certain speed then typically you have a wheel and tire out of balance.
Most shops charge less than $10 to re-balance a tire.
Your vehicle is also still under warranty from Honda and if you suspect that it may not be tire then roll over to your local Honda dealership and ask the service dept. to go on a road test with you.

wow i cant blive nobody said this but do u have the stock tires and follow the honda maitence. cause if so honda doesnt put air in tires any more. they use nitrogen

when you your tire there was excessive water in air line.shops are supposed to drain there air compessors every nite
