Knowing what we know now...Would you let the Good Samaritan "victim" die?

I hope the judge becomes a victim!

Update:

The question IS: Knowing what we know now...The "victim" was in a life and death situation already...paralysis occurred, but she lived!

    i still would not have let them died but they are dumb they coudld have died i guess
